Hey there, we’re The Wisbys!

We’re women who are ready to be the change and make sustainable business the norm.

Our Mission

We’re here to elevate, support, and create more sustainably minded women business owners across the globe. We identify and highlight breakthrough talent – and we champion ideas, skills, and a net-positive impact for all life on earth.

Our Values

Open to women from anywhere in the world - where you live shouldn’t be a barrier to funding your sustainable business dream.

Transparency

At the core of who we are is transparency. We openly share how we allocate our resources and operate as an organization, embodying authenticity and honesty in everything we do as a community.

Equity

We strive to level the playing field by empowering women and women of color through grants and educational opportunities, ensuring equal opportunities for all. Our focus is on supporting business owners whose work generates positive impact for society or the environment.

Impact

The Wisbys wholeheartedly supports actionable impact by championing women who are dedicated to improving conditions and utilizing their revenue to fund social or environmental causes.

Transparent Empowerment

In our inaugural year, we aim to empower 500 ethically minded businesses through top-notch training resources and increased visibility. The funds for our first Sustainability Champion Sponsor: TItle Sponsor, will be primarily used to fund operations of the event. We plan to divide up remaining sponsorship:

  • With 50% of ticket sale proceeds, we'll reinvest in our community of women in sustainable business, offering prizes, funding training, and valuable resources for tracking and managing their enviro-social impact.
  • The remaining 50% will be dedicated to rewarding our volunteers and expanding our reach to like-minded individuals, strengthening our community and driving our movement forward.

Approximately 6 months after our first event we will share our official impact report and how we officially allocated our 1 year funds.
